Introducing Can2
Sonya Young, Can2 Coach and Sweep
In 2015 CanSurvive established a second team, Can2, for those who wanted more emphasis on fun, friendship, and socialising rather than all-out competition. Can2 is not limited to breast cancer paddlers, and is a great way to get our supporters on the water too.
Can2 is a great training ground and a little less intimidating for new paddlers! While not “fully” competitive, Can2 still participate in local and national regattas so the competition element is alive and well!
In 2019, for the first time Can2 competed at the National Championships regatta. Results
Fees: A registration fee of $150 plus GST per season applies.
